Burma Camp

Burma Camp Army Officers Living Quarters is a project backed by the Army of Ghana who has over $2B allocated for infrastructure over the next 5 years. These structures will provide housing for 64 officers in the Army of Ghana.

The Army of Ghana has contracted with Jolly B Company Limited, a skilled general contractor with a track record of completing projects on time and above quality standards, to complete the project.

Jolly B owns land valued in excess of $600k that they are putting up as collateral for the project.  Investors will finance the contractor's costs needed to complete the first phase of the project. The total contract size is $1.2M and construction costs are estimated to be $800k. The contract pays 25% of the contract value when the project is 25% complete. Jolly B Company needs investment to start the project and reach 25% completion. The remaining costs will be funded by installment payments.
